Bu sayfa, Anka Studio tarafından Google Play’de yayınlanan
Zikirmatik Pro uygulamasında hesabınızı ve verilerinizi nasıl
sildirebileceğinizi anlatır.
Uygulamada e-posta ya da şifreyle hesap açılmaz. Yalnızca paylaşımlı hatim
grubu kurduğunuzda veya bir gruba katıldığınızda cihazınıza özel
anonim bir kimlik oluşturulur. Bu sayfadaki “hesap”, bu
kimliği ve ona bağlı grup kayıtlarını ifade eder.
1. Uygulama içinden silme

Gruptan ayrılmak: Topluluk → Grupla → grubu açın →
Gruptan Ayrıl. Üyelik kaydınız ve henüz bitirmediğiniz cüzler
hemen silinir.

Kurduğunuz grubu silmek: Topluluk → Grupla → grubu açın →
Grubu Sil. Grubun adı, katılma kodu, tüm üyelik kayıtları ve
cüz kayıtları hemen silinir.

Cihazdaki veriler (zikirler, sayaçlar, istatistikler,
ayarlar, kişisel hatim): bu veriler sunucumuzda bulunmaz. Uygulamayı
kaldırdığınızda ya da Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini
temizlediğinizde silinir.
2. E-postayla silme talebi
Uygulamaya artık erişemiyorsanız ya da tüm kayıtlarınızın silinmesini
istiyorsanız:

adresine “Veri silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin.

Grubun 6 haneli katılma kodunu ve o grupta kullandığınız adı yazın.
Anonim kimlik adınıza ya da e-postanıza bağlı olmadığından kaydınızı
ancak bu bilgilerle bulabiliriz.
- Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirir, size e-postayla bildiririz.
Silinenler: anonim kimliğiniz, tüm gruplardaki üyelik
kayıtlarınız, grupta kullandığınız ad, bitirdiğiniz cüzlerde görünen adınız
ve gönderdiğiniz şikâyet kayıtları.
3. Saklanan veriler ve süreleri

Gruptan ayrıldığınızda, grubun hatim ilerlemesi bozulmasın diye
bitirdiğiniz cüzlerin kaydı (adınız ve bitirme zamanı)
grup silinene kadar kalır. Bunların silinmesini de yukarıdaki e-posta
yoluyla isteyebilirsiniz.

Gönderdiğiniz şikâyet kayıtları uygulama içinden silinmez;
e-postayla talep ettiğinizde silinir.

Gruplar süreyle kendiliğinden silinmez; grubu kuran kişi
silene kadar sunucuda kalır.

Anonim kimlik kaydı (Google Firebase Authentication),
e-postayla silinmesini istemediğiniz sürece kalır. Firebase bu kayda bağlı
IP adreslerini birkaç hafta tutar.

Çökme raporları (Google Firebase Crashlytics) adınıza ya da
grup kimliğinize bağlı değildir; 90 gün saklanır, ardından Google silme
sürecini başlatır.

Tasbeeh Counter — Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and data in the
Tasbeeh Counter app published on Google Play by
Anka Studio.
The app has no email or password accounts. Only when you create or join a
shared hatim (khatm) group does the app create an anonymous
identity tied to your device. “Account” on this page means that
identity and the group records linked to it.
1. Delete in the app

Leave a group: Community → Together → open the group →
Leave Group. Your membership record and any juz you have not
finished are deleted immediately.

Delete a group you created: Community → Together → open
the group → Delete Group. The group name, join code, all
membership records and juz records are deleted immediately.

Data on your device (dhikr, counters, statistics,
settings, personal hatim): this data is not on our servers. It is deleted
when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, or you want all your records deleted:

Send an email with the subject “Data deletion request” to
zikirmatik.help@gmail.com.

Include the group’s 6-digit join code and the name you used in that group.
The anonymous identity is not linked to your name or email, so this is the
only way we can find your records.
- We complete your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
Deleted: your anonymous identity, your membership records in
all groups, the name you used in groups, your name on juz you finished, and
any reports you submitted.
3. Data that is kept, and for how long

When you leave a group, the record of juz you finished
(your name and the time you finished) stays until the group is deleted, so
the group’s progress is not lost. You can ask for these to be deleted by
email as described above.

Reports you submitted are not deleted from within the app;
they are deleted when you request it by email.

Groups are not deleted automatically after a period of
time; they stay on the server until the person who created them deletes
them.

The anonymous identity record (Google Firebase
Authentication) stays unless you ask us by email to delete it. Firebase
keeps the IP addresses linked to it for a few weeks.

Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics) are not linked
to your name or group identity; they are kept for 90 days, after which
Google starts the process of deleting them.
